Dark Mode is used to customize the Menu Bar and Dock from the standard white. It is more translucent and a new look and feel to the Mac OS X system.
1. Click on the Apple icon in the Menu Bar, then System Preferences.
2. Click on General.
3. Check the box next to Use Dark Menu Bar and Dock to enable it.
