Before You Begin:
Ensure you have a Microsoft account or create one.
Locate your 25-character product key (typically found on a card or in a confirmation email).
Use a compatible web browser like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
Step 1: Go to the Office Setup Website

Open your web browser.

Go to: https://setup.office.com
Step 2: Sign In or Create a Microsoft Account

Click Sign In.

Enter your Microsoft account email and password.

If you don’t have an account, click Create one!
Step 3: Enter Your Product Key

After signing in, you'll be prompted to enter your 25-character product key.

Click Next to continue.
Step 4: Confirm Your Country and Language

Select your country/region and preferred language.

Click Next.
Step 5: Install or Access Office
After the key is accepted, you’ll be redirected to your Microsoft Office account dashboard:

To download and install Office apps: click the Install Office button.

To use Office online, choose any app like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint from the menu.
