When you place a reservation online it is routed to your selected store to be prepared for you.
Our goal is to locate the item within 18 minutes (during store hours) for a Quick Pickup® and have it waiting at our pickup counter for you. When your reservation is ready, you will receive a Your Reservation is Ready email notifying you. If for some reason the product cannot be reserved, you will receive a cancellation email.
In-store pickup orders submitted after 8 pm Mon – Sat or after 5 pm on Sunday will be processed the next day.*

Due to the high volume of orders, our 18-minute in-store pickup service may take longer than usual between November 28th and December 2nd.
Once you receive the Your Reservation is Ready email, you are welcome to come in store and get your item within 3 days.
