The term open box refers to a product that has been returned or may be a product previously on display. Open box items might be missing non-essential parts: manuals, original packaging, etc. Listings on the website will usually have very general details such as a brief description regarding the condition of the Open Box product.
Do “Open Box” items come with a warranty?
Open Box listings for a product have the same manufacturer's warranty for that specific product, unless otherwise stated on our website. The warranty of the product will start from the original purchase/opening date. Can I return an “Open box” item?
Open box items follow the same return policy as all our other products. We do ask that all returns include the original packaging. If you no longer have it, we recommend speaking with a store manager when you arrive. They’ll do their best to help you out.
