To make your holiday season a little brighter, we’re extending our return window for all purchases made between November 1, 2025, and Christmas Eve. Any eligible items purchased during this period can be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2026, giving you extra time after the holidays to make sure everything is just right.
In addition, you’ll also have until January 15, 2026, to add a protection plan for added peace of mind on your purchase.
We know the holidays can be busy, so we want to make it easy for you to shop with confidence, whether you’re picking out the perfect gift or treating yourself.

- Electronic software downloads
- Point of Sale Activation Cards that have a dollar value
- Micro Center Gift Cards (except as required by law)
- Products with customer-induced damage such as, but not limited to, aerial drones with damage due to pilot error. So let’s be careful out there!
- Microsoft Surfaces or Laptops - limited to 15 days from the date of purchase
- Trading Card Games
