What is a game code promotion?
Throughout the year, typically coinciding with product launches or large game launches, manufacturers will sometimes offer game codes as an additional bonus for purchasing their product. Oftentimes, this will be attached to a graphics card or laptop, but could be offered on any product based on the promotion. If you purchase a qualifying product during these promotional periods, you are eligible to receive a game code with your purchase!
Where is my game code?
When a qualifying product is purchased during the promotional period, game codes will be printed on your receipt at the time of purchase, or sent directly to your email inbox if you have an email on file with us. Some email services may confuse this as spam, so we recommend checking your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
