We offer diagnostic services for laptop and desktop computers at all our Micro Center store locations! The services start at $49.99, and once they are completed, we will contact you to go over the results and next steps for the repair. Computer laptop/desktop warranty & repair services
Diagnostics are offered on the following computer brands for which we are an Authorized Service Provider, provided your unit is still within the manufacturer's warranty period.

For these services at Micro Center, we require your full computer and power cable/charger to be brought into one of our store locations for services. We offer walk-in services at each store location, so an appointment is not required. However, if you’d still like to let us know when you plan to arrive, you can schedule a service appointment here on our website.
Our stores can not perform in-house repairs on Toshiba, Samsung, Microsoft Surfaces, CyberPower, and Cybertron PC’s. If these units are still covered under their manufacturer's warranties, we can ship them out to the manufacturer or an authorized service provider for you.
What if I have a Micro Center Protection Plan on my computer? Not to worry! The diagnostic fee you’d normally pay is covered in your computer’s protection plan. Just bring your covered merchandise into Micro Center for an assessment of the situation. No appointment necessary!

TVs
The only TV repairs we offer would be with a valid Micro Center TV protection plan, for which more information about those plans can be found here:

If your TV was not purchased from Micro Center or does not have a Micro Center protection plan, we recommend checking with the TV manufacturer for possible servicing options.
Consoles
We now offer console repairs at Micro Center! We offer repairs on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch (all versions) as well as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. We offer HDD/SSD replacement, HDMI port repairs, optical drive replacements and power supply replacements on PlayStation 4/5 and Xbox consoles.
