When you bring your equipment to our Knowledge Bar or Service Counter, we usually start with a diagnostic which helps us better understand the issue, then we work with you to determine the next best course of action and provide a repair quote.
In many cases we try to take care of any quick repairs right there at the Knowledge Bar, but if we need to order a replacement part we will check it into our service repair system to track your repair, and send you updates via text or email.
